An important part of Council's planning process is its Annual Plan. The Annual Plan details the major actions Council will undertake in a financial year to work towards achieving the strategies outlined in Council's five-year Strategic Plan.
Council's Annual Plan is also directly linked to financial, directorate and department plans, and employees' individual strategic performance objectives. The relationship between all these plans is shown in the following charts.
Council reports on progress against the Annual Plan every quarter.
The plan is released annually at the beginning of the financial year.
The Annual Plan was previously known as the Operational Plan.
