The Launceston Family Album allows you to discover the fascinating stories behind the names and portraits of 1,179 people who held passports to attend the Tasmanian International Exhibition of 1891-1892 held at the Albert Hall in Launceston.
As part of the It's About Us 2006 celebrations, Launceston City Council, the State Library, The Examiner and the Tasmanian Community Fund published a limited number of copies of the Album as well as a website which is accessible for all to enjoy.
