Are you aged 12-25 and want to make a difference in your community?
Launceston Youth Council is a new leadership project that lets you have your say and take part in making decisions with Launceston City Council.
You'll work with the community to identify issues affecting youth in the region, develop plans to address these issues, and discuss your ideas at the first Launceston Youth Council meeting on International Youth Day, 12 August. You'll then present your ideas to Launceston City Council and provide feedback on your experience. There'll be incentives for you along the way, and lots of chances to meet new people and have fun while learning new skills.
This is your chance to get involved and shape the future of Launceston. Apply now! Applications close 3 June.
