Council's Accessible Customer Service |

|
Council makes every effort to provide accessible customer service. We have a TTY (telephone typewriter). It is not always attended, so leave a message and a customer service representative will return your call. You can also email Council's Customer Service Centre at

When you visit the Customer Service Centre, there is a lowered desk space for people who use wheelchairs, or for people who might like to sit down whilst being served. To assist with better customer service, there is also a hearing loop available for people who have a 't-switch' on their hearing aids
Council tries its best to be 'accessible for all'. If we can do something to make it easier for you to access our facilities or services, we will certainly try to accommodate - such as providing information in alternative formats, accepting the Companion Card at venues and making it easier for you to get around.
