Director of Corporate Services Michael Tidey presented this powerpoint at the budget information session at Town Hall on Wednesday 5 June 5 2013.

The presentation contains examples, which are indicative of the different effects a change to rating modelling systems could have in the Launceston municipality.

They are examples only of what COULD occur under different ratings models and scenarios, and it is unlikely that any of the examples would be implemented in the forms in which they appear.
