Organisational structure
The Launceston City Council's organisational structure consists of five directorates, with numerous departments in these directorates.
The five directorates are Corporate Services, Development Services, Infrastructure Services, Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery and Facility Management and Governance Services. Each directorate comes under the responsibility of a director.
