Report a Parking Meter Fault

All parking meter faults should be reported by telephone to the Customer Service centre on 6323 3000. This allows us to identify the location of the meter, the time the fault is reported, and to record your personal details so that any infringements issued during that period can be appropriately considered. It also allows our technicians to rectify the fault as soon as practicable after it is reported. 

If faults are not reported to our Customer Service Centre on 6323 3000 and you ultimately receive an infringement, an application to withdraw infringement form(PDF, 58KB) will need to be completed.
