Facility Hire

Various parts of the Leisure & Aquatic Centre are available for hire to groups with the appropriate amount of public liability insurance. For more information or to make an enquiry for any of the following services please use the enquiry form below.

 

Lane Hire

Groups can hire lanes in the Competition Pool (50m or 25m lanes) and Outdoor 25m Pool (summer only). Space for hire in the Learn to Swim Pool and Program Pool is very limited due to the high demand in these pools. The Spa and Hot Zone are not available for hire.

 

Lane hire is charged by the hour, and price varies for peak and off peak times. When lane space is hired the group has exclusive use of that space. No additional entry fees are payable, however group members do not have access to any other area of the Centre other than the lane space that has been hired.

 

Group Fitness Room and Cycle Studio

Groups can hire the Group Fitness Room or Cycle Studio with  an LAFit instructor to take a private class for the group. Instructors are also available to take private AquaFit classes in the Competition Pool. 

 

All bookings are subject to availability. 

 

Meeting Rooms 

We have two meeting rooms. A small meeting room on the first floor, ideal for group meetings, training sessions or consultations (Suitable for maximum 20 people). A whiteboard and data projector can be supplied upon request. A larger meeting room is available at the Windmill Hall Memorial Hall. 

 

 

Please note: 

During the winter season there is no lane hire until after 6.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday. There is no lane hire available until after 7.00pm on Tuesdays.
