Suspensions must now be submitted via our online form. This can be accessed by clicking the suspension tab below.
Direct Debit and 12-month Paid in Full members are entitled to 28 fee free suspension days and 3-month members are entitled to 7 fee free suspension days per year.
Direct Debit memberships exceeding the 28 day fee free limit will be charged at $3.50 per week (or part thereof) for extra suspension days. This will be billed via your usual Direct Debit method.
Suspension requests must be submitted via our online Suspension Form in at least seven (7) days prior to the next Direct Debit date.

Members can secure their spot in our exciting group fitness classes up to two hours prior to the session start time. 6:15am classes can be booked online from 6:00pm the night before.

To cancel your membership you must submit an online Membership Cancellation form at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to the next Direct Debit payment. Cancellation fees will apply if you have been a member for less than 12 months continuously. Cancellation is not complete until you have received written confirmation from our team and any associated fees have been paid.
