Each Friday we release a revised version of our Group Fitness Timetable for the following week.

Please check the timetable carefully as there are a number of changes due to instructor availability.
Group Fitness Classes are able to be booked online here:
Classes and sessions will be available to book online, up to two hours prior to the session start time. 6:15am classes can be booked online from 6:00pm the night before.
