Footpath Closure: West Tamar Trail at Tamar Marine

Please be advised that a section of the West Tamar Trail, outside the Tamar Marine building, will be temporarily closed to allow private demolition works to be undertaken by Digga Co.

For the safety of trail users, access to this section will be restricted for the duration of the works. Appropriate signage will be in place to assist pedestrians and cyclists and direct them safely around the closure.

During this period, pedestrians and cyclists are asked to use the signalised crossing at Pomona Road, Riverside, to access the western footpath and continue their journey.

The closure will be in place from Thursday 7 May to Wednesday 20 May 2026. We appreciate the community’s patience and understanding while these works are carried out.
