Four Year Delivery Plan

The Four-Year Delivery Plan is a critical element of the Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. It outlines strategic projects and key services that will be delivered by the Council over a four-year period.

With the adoption of our new Strategic Plan 2025 - 2035 in June 2025, the City of Launceston is currently preparing a new Four-Year Delivery Plan.

The Council's next Four-Year Delivery Plan is due for endorsement in mid-2026 to align with its 2026/2027 Annual Plan and Budget release.

In the meantime, the current Annual Plan and Budget 2025/2026 can be accessed to provide the community with insight on the immediate focus of the Council over the 2025/2026 financial year, along with the 10-year Strategic Plan which demonstrates the direction the Council will take over the next decade to shape our future.
