How to Report an Issue:

  • Online Form: Use the quick and easy form below to report an issue to us directly.
  • Snap, Send, Solve App: Download the free app on your smartphone, snap a photo, and send it our way.
  • Call Us: Reach our friendly Customer Service team at 03 6323 3000, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm.

Snap, Send Solve

A free app for smartphones that allows you to quickly report issues to be passed on to the relevant organisations to solve it, including local councils. Your report is sent from the app using your email address so that the we can respond directly to you to solve the issue.
