The City of Launceston is working towards a fully accessible city that is safe and easy for people of all abilities to move around.

Businesses wishing to use Council's footpath for display of goods, portable signage or on-street dining, need our approval and must adhere to the guidelines for on-street trading and activities. Food vendors wishing to operate on public roads must also obtain approval.
