Organisational Structure
Our organisational structure starts with the community who we are ultimately accountable to. Below that sits our Mayor, Councillors and CEO. Our elected representatives and CEO are supported by a network of four large teams:
- Community Assets and Design
- Connections and Liveability
- Delivery and Performance
- Strategy and Innovation
These teams are in place to improve collaboration, engagement, and communication in a dynamic way and provides a more equitable distribution of work across the organisation. Each of the four large teams are led by an Executive Leader who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Find out more about our Executive Leadership Team here. The Executive Leaders are supported by a strong leadership structure of Senior Leaders and Team Leaders.
