Heritage Snap Photography Competition
Heritage Snap Photography Competition
The City of Launceston's annual Heritage Snap competition provides a platform for our younger residents to share their vision of our city's heritage through photography.
The annual awards are organised by the Council's Heritage Advisory Committee, which was formed in 2008 to provide advice to the Council on heritage matters and to promote the values of heritage places within the municipality.
The Heritage Snap photography competition is open to school-aged students and is divided into three sections: primary, grades 7 to 10 and grades 11-12.
The Places of Launceston series of events, including a new heritage awards program, will return in 2023 - if you have suggestions for the upcoming program, please email: heritageawards@launceston.tas.gov.au.
