Father's Day Memorial Service

Father’s Day is a time to honour and celebrate the dads, father figures, and male mentors who have played a meaningful role in our lives.

For those who are grieving, separated from, or missing their father, this time of year can also bring heartache and reflection.

Carr Villa Memorial Park will be holding a Father’s Day Memorial Service at 10.00am on Friday, 5 September, offering a space for remembrance, reflection, and shared connection within the community.

The non-religious service will be held in the Carr Villa Chapel and is open to all members of the Launceston and Northern Tasmanian community. It will provide an opportunity to remember fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, and other father figures who are no longer with us, and to honour the important role they played in our lives.
