Notice of Intention to Dispose of Interest In Public Land

23-29 Blamey Road, Punchbowl

On 16 April 2026, pursuant to section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 (the Act), Council formed an intention to grant an easement over part of the land at 23-29 Blamey Road, Punchbowl TAS 7249 to the Launceston Golf Club. The land is described in Certificate of Title 246804 Folio 1.

Members of the public may object to the intended disposal within 21 days of the first publication of this notice. Accordingly, objections will be accepted until 14 May 2026.

Council must consider any objection lodged, and notify any person who has lodged an objection of the relevant decision and that person's right to appeal under section 178A of the Act.
