Join Carr Villa Memorial Park and Palliative Care Tasmania for a free community information session focused on Advance Care Directives (ACDs) and the importance of planning ahead. As part of our ongoing commitment to improve death literacy within our community, this session will help you understand the Think, Talk, Write, Share, Review process, empowering you to have meaningful conversations about your future wishes. Learning how to create and register an Advance Care Directive in Tasmania. By increasing knowledge and confidence around end-of-life planning, we can help ensure personal wishes are known, respected, and easier for loved ones to honour.
