Multicultural Start-Ups
City of Launceston is collaborating with CatholicCare to deliver the Multicultural Start-up program.

This program is designed to support those from migrant/refugee backgrounds to start a food small business in Launceston. It will suit those people wanting to start a food business, but have not had the confidence or knowledge to do this.

This FREE training program will be held over a 10 week period covering getting started in business (ABN, business name registration), permits & licences, food safety requirements, developing a business plan, financial management, branding & marketing and then actually being a part of a local market.

Sessions will be held on Fridays from 10am - 12pm, with the first session starting on Friday 22 March 2024.

Location: CatholicCare Launceston, 201 York Street, Launceston.

If you are interested in participating or would like more information please contact 1800 819 447 or email ellie.mp@aohtas.org.au.
